Abstract

Perfeksionisme telah lama dikaitkan dengan kurangnya kesejahteraan. Teori self determination menunjukkan bahwa
kesejahteraan seseorang rendah apabila kebutuhannya tidak terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perfeksionisme dengan subjective well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 150 mahasiswa di Forum UKM Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang bidang kesenian yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Pengukuran perfekisonisme menggunakan alat ukur Multidimesional Perfectionism Scale dan pengukuran subjective well-being menggunakan alat ukur Satisfaction with life scale dan Scale of positive and negative experience.
