Assistance of Early Childhood Behavior for Clean and Healthy Living at Donomerto Elementary School, Batang Regency

Abstract

PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) at an early age is very good for educating and instilling awareness of the importance of cleanliness as an effort to maintain personal health and the environment. This mentoring aims to provide knowledge and understanding of PHBS to children in Donomerto Elementary School, Batang, to be precise. So that students can practice it in everyday life. The method used is to provide direct counseling and training to children, especially with the process of learning to play while learning. This study used a qualitative method because in this study, the researcher needed a number of data from the field related to early childhood behavior assistance for clean and healthy living at Donomerto Elementary School, Batang Regency. While the approach used by researchers is descriptive analysis method. The result obtained is an understanding of the importance of clean and healthy living behavior. Besides that, this assistance to children at Donomerto Elementary School is proven to have increased knowledge and understanding of PHBS for children at Donomerto Elementary School so that students can practice it in their daily life. The simple example that they have practiced is that they are wise in choosing healthy snacks. They can continue to improve this understanding and also practice it in their daily lives.
